A new model based on our long-running “Type-1 Denim Jacket,” updated with contemporary refinements. Retaining the original sizing, we eliminated the chest pocket flap for a simpler, cleaner silhouette.
We've meticulously focused on selvedge detailing—the essence of denim—lavishly incorporating it into the chest pocket opening, the facing edge of the front placket, and even the inner cuffs. To compensate for the absence of the flap, a subtle small pleat is added to the hem of the front panel, providing a discreet accent.
The back retains the traditional design with a cinch back and vertical pleats, where the shadows created by the processing lend a rich expression to the back style.

Featuring our signature 13.5 oz selvedge denim made with organic cotton from Turkey.
The warp yarns use slub yarn, and through processing, a rich texture emerges on the fabric surface, creating a deep, authentic vintage denim feel. The vintage wash accentuates these irregularities as streaky fading, creating a fabric with depth and character. While retaining the inherent toughness of denim, the processing moderates its stiffness, resulting in a fabric that feels comfortable and conforms to the body from the very first wear.

長年展開してきた「Type-1 Denim Jacket」をベースに、現代的なアレンジを加えた新型モデル。サイズ感はそのままに、胸ポケットのフラップを排除することで、よりシンプルでクリーンな佇まいに仕上げました。
デニムの醍醐味であるセルビッチ使いには徹底的にこだわり、胸ポケットの口や前立ての見返し端、袖口のカフス裏にまで贅沢に採用。フラップをなくした分、前身頃の裾には小さなタックを入れ、さりげないアクセントを加えています。
背面は従来通り、シンチバックと上下のタックを配した仕様で、加工によって生まれた陰影がバックスタイルにも豊かな表情を与えています。
