100% Organic Cotton
A luxurious sweat fabric made from carefully selected organic Pima cotton, twisting a compact yarn with minimal nap into a two-ply thread and knitting it at high density on a tubular knitting machine.
The face, middle, and reverse yarns all use a No. 30 two-ply organic cotton compact yarn, carefully knitted over time on a rare tubular knitting machine that survives at Kanekichi Kogyo in Wakayama Prefecture.
It combines the beautiful surface and natural sheen unique to compact yarn with the plump hand characteristic of tubular knitting, while packing the stitches to the limit to also achieve excellent durability. It resists losing its shape or developing fuzz even through repeated wear and washing, retaining its beautiful appearance for years to come.
