“Two Pocket Work Shirt,” based on a U.S. Navy chambray shirt.
While carrying over the design of a classic work shirt, ease is given through the body and shoulders for a modern balance. The hem round is set slightly deeper, a design that lets the distinctive silhouette stand out even when the shirt is worn untucked.
The construction uses the traditional felled seam of workwear. Details such as selvedge fabric edges are also incorporated, carefully bringing authentic detailing to the piece.

“Cotton Stainless Chambray,” a fabric MARKAWARE offered roughly 20 years ago, now revived for today. The process began with tracking down stainless steel fiber, which has become nearly impossible to source, and the fabric was reproduced as an original material at the same mill used back then.
The warp uses indigo rope-dyed yarn, and the weft uses white yarn wrapped with stainless steel. With stainless steel running in the weft direction, the fabric develops distinctive creases running lengthwise, finishing it with a three-dimensional, layered expression.
A fabric that layers stainless steel's unexpected character onto chambray's rustic hand, letting you enjoy the playful character of the material itself.
