A new work shirt redesigned from the pattern up, based on a U.S. Navy chambray shirt.
It retains details such as durable flat-felled seams and double front pockets, yet by being made in an ultra-light lawn fabric, it achieves a lightness and coolness unlike conventional work shirts.
The collar setting has also been finely adjusted to create a natural, beautiful collar shape.
With repeated wear and washing, puckering develops along the seams, gradually giving it a vintage-like character.

A plain-woven fabric made from premium organic Egyptian Giza cotton, spun into ultra-fine 90-count yarn and woven with lustrous compact yarn that suppresses fuzz.
Compared with standard typewriter cloth or broadcloth, it is intentionally woven with a bit more spacing between the yarns, giving it superior breathability and coolness.
Though “lawn” can suggest weakness, Giza cotton’s inherent supple strength gives this lightweight fabric ample durability.
